Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Suvicon Exports (“The Exporter”) and the Buyer. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with these terms.  

Product Specifications  

2.1. Products will be supplied as per the specifications mentioned in the proforma invoice or contract.  

2.2. Minor variations in color, design, or dimensions are permissible due to manufacturing processes.  

Pricing  

3.1. Prices quoted are FOB (Free On Board) unless specified otherwise.  

3.2. Any additional costs, including customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees, are the Buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed.  

Payment Terms  

4.1. Payment must be made as per the mutually agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, Letter of Credit).  

4.2. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest at the discretion of Suvicon Exports.  

Shipping and Delivery

5.1. The Exporter will ship products as per the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).  

5.2. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, shipping delays, or force majeure events.  

Quality Control and Inspection

6.1. The Exporter ensures quality control before dispatch.  

6.2. Any third-party inspections requested by the Buyer must be communicated before shipment.  

Returns and Claims

7.1. Claims for defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.  

7.2. Suvicon Exports reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund defective products after inspection.  

7.3. No returns are accepted for perishable items or customized products unless agreed upon.  

Force Majeure

Suvicon Exports is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or governmental actions.  

Compliance with Laws

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations and obtaining necessary permits in the destination country.  

9.2. Suvicon Exports complies with all applicable export laws of India.  

Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.  

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India

Confidentiality  

All trade-related information, including prices, designs, and business strategies, shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.  

Termination  

Suvicon Exports reserves the right to terminate any contract or agreement if the Buyer breaches any of these terms or is involved in fraudulent activities.
